Refund policy

In the event that you would like to return your ARID product, return requests must be made within 14 days of your parcel being received. 

Return requests can be made via our email: info@aridofficial.com 

Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached. 

ARID does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, ARID reserves the right to not approve your return request.

Refunds are issued against the original payment method only and will only be issued once your return has been received and processed.
